AudioOffice is operated by Apollo Music Ltd, a New Zealand company.
Payments for AudioOffice subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests relating to AudioOffice subscriptions are handled.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on AudioOffice subscriptions. If AudioOffice is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at jake@apollomusic.co.nz and we will arrange it for you.
The guarantee applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal charge, calculated from the date of the charge concerned.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management tools in your account, or through Paddle.
Unless otherwise stated for your plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
You will normally continue to have access to your paid AudioOffice features until that date.
Once the subscription ends, no further renewal payment will be charged.
If you cancel within 30 days of a charge, you can also request a refund of that charge under section 1.
3. Monthly subscriptions
If you cancel a monthly subscription more than 30 days after the most recent charge, your subscription remains active until the end of the current monthly billing period and no further charges are made.
Refund requests made within the 30-day window are honoured in full. Outside that window we may still consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis, for example where you were charged after cancelling or did not intend to renew.
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of the annual charge and we will refund it in full.
After that window, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period and you keep access until then. We may consider a pro-rata refund or credit for the unused portion on request.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Technical problems
If a significant technical problem prevents you from using AudioOffice as reasonably intended, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Where the problem is material, is caused by AudioOffice rather than your equipment, internet connection or a third-party service, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, we may approve an appropriate refund, partial refund, credit or extension of service depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe that you have been charged more than once, been charged the wrong amount, or been charged after properly cancelling your subscription, please contact us or Paddle as soon as possible.
We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange for the incorrect charge to be refunded.
7. How refunds are processed
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds for purchases made through Paddle are processed by Paddle.
Apollo Music Ltd does not normally refund Paddle transactions directly to customers.
If we approve a refund, we will arrange for the refund to be processed through Paddle.
You may also submit eligible refund requests through Paddle's buyer support and subscription-management services.
Any refund will normally be returned to the original payment method, subject to Paddle's procedures and the payment method used.
Processing times are controlled by Paddle, payment providers and banks and may vary.
8. Paddle's policies
Transactions processed by Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Paddle may provide additional refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights where required by the laws applicable to a particular transaction.
Where a mandatory legal right or Paddle's applicable buyer terms provide greater rights than this policy, those rights will apply.
9. Renewal payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. We send a receipt for every renewal charge.
If a renewal charge was unexpected — for example you meant to cancel, or no longer need the Service — contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Requests made after that period are considered on a case-by-case basis.
10. Service discontinuation
If Apollo Music Ltd permanently discontinues AudioOffice and we are unable to provide the Service for a period you have already paid for, we will arrange an appropriate refund or credit for the unused prepaid period.
11. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits a right that cannot legally be excluded. AudioOffice is supplied as a business-to-business service. Where permitted by law, our Terms of Service provide that the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to services acquired in trade.
